Privacy Notice

This operational notice reflects the registered entity and the initial website data flow. It should be reviewed if the deployed services, retention practice or target markets change.

1. Who handles your information

MPNBridge is the English-facing brand of Shenzhen Yuanxutong Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市源序通科技有限公司), registered in Shenzhen, China.

Jason Cheng is the public contact for website privacy requests on behalf of the company. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

The public RFQ form may collect:

• complete MPN, quantity, work email and an optional manufacturer;
• optional company name, website, country or region, contact name and role;
• optional destination, required date, intended application and sourcing preference;
• an optional, non-sensitive Low-Volume BOM preview and commercial notes;
• one optional XLSX, XLS, CSV or PDF BOM attachment, limited to 10 MiB;
• technical anti-abuse information needed by Cloudflare Turnstile and hosting.

The first-contact form does not request a telephone number, identity document, payment card or home address. Do not include those items in an uploaded BOM.

3. Why we use it

• to verify that the inquiry comes from an identifiable business contact;
• to assess whether the request is complete, lawful and within scope;
• to ask clarifying questions and prepare sourcing or quotation work;
• to protect the website and mailbox from abuse, fraud and automated submissions;
• to maintain necessary records if a commercial relationship develops.

We do not use RFQ details for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

Cloudflare provides DNS, website delivery, Pages Functions, Turnstile and email delivery. Zoho Mail handles the published company mailbox. RFQ notifications are sent to a configured verified mailbox; a submitted BOM is included in that message as an attachment. The website does not write the attachment to a customer database or object store, but the email providers receive and store the message and its attachment. These providers may process technical or contact information in the locations described in their own service terms and privacy documentation.

The first release does not use a customer database, advertising pixels or general audience analytics. Turnstile may set or use strictly necessary technical data to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse.

5. Retention

If an inquiry does not lead to an active commercial relationship, its RFQ email and any attached BOM are normally deleted within twelve months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected with quotations, orders, payments, export controls, tax, disputes or compliance may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.

6. Confidential BOMs

The upload is intended for the minimum BOM information needed for initial review. Do not include passwords, payment data, unrelated design files or material that requires a non-disclosure agreement not yet in place. For especially sensitive material, contact us first so both sides can agree a transfer method and retention arrangement.

7. Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or object to further use. Email [email protected] from an address that allows the request to be verified.

8. Security and international processing

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no internet form or email system is risk-free. Information may be processed outside your country by the service providers named above. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the sourcing request.

9. Changes

This notice will be updated when the legal entity, form provider, retention practice or data flow changes materially. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
