Effective 23 July 2026
Privacy Notice
This notice explains the limited information collected through mpnbridge.com and the first-contact RFQ process.
This is the operational notice prepared for the first website release. It should be checked again against the final registered entity, deployed services and target markets before production launch.
1. Who handles your information
MPNBridge is the English-facing brand of 深圳市源序科技有限公司, currently completing registration in Shenzhen.
Until registration is complete, Jason Cheng is the contact responsible for website privacy requests. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
The public RFQ form may collect:
- company name, website, country or region;
- contact name, role and work email;
- destination, required date and intended application;
- manufacturer, complete MPN, quantity and sourcing preferences;
- a limited, non-sensitive small-BOM preview and optional notes;
- technical anti-abuse information needed by Cloudflare Turnstile and hosting.
The first-contact form does not request a telephone number, identity document, payment card, home address or file attachment.
3. Why we use it
- to verify that the inquiry comes from an identifiable business contact;
- to assess whether the request is complete, lawful and within scope;
- to ask clarifying questions and prepare sourcing or quotation work;
- to protect the website and mailbox from abuse, fraud and automated submissions;
- to maintain necessary records if a commercial relationship develops.
We do not use RFQ details for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare provides DNS, website delivery, Pages Functions, Turnstile and email delivery. A verified Gmail mailbox receives and stores RFQ notifications. These providers may process technical or contact information in the locations described in their own service terms and privacy documentation.
The first release does not use a customer database, advertising pixels or general audience analytics. Turnstile may set or use strictly necessary technical data to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse.
5. Retention
If an inquiry does not lead to an active commercial relationship, its RFQ email is normally deleted within twelve months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected with quotations, orders, payments, export controls, tax, disputes or compliance may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
6. Confidential BOMs
Do not paste confidential designs or a complete sensitive BOM into the public form. Submit only the minimum scope needed for initial review. After identity checks, both sides can agree a more appropriate transfer method and retention arrangement.
7. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or object to further use. Email [email protected] from an address that allows the request to be verified.
8. Security and international processing
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no internet form or email system is risk-free. Information may be processed outside your country by the service providers named above. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the sourcing request.
9. Changes
This notice will be updated when the company registration status, form provider, retention practice or data flow changes materially. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
